Seeds of Love Wedding Planner believes that a wedding is a personal and unique event and therefore is solely created to the wishes of the engaged couple.

The planning process begins with a complimentary consultation, at which all your ideas will be discussed to get a complete understanding of what you want for your celebration. This will be the basis of the quotation. The aim is to inspire and advise you in every step of the way, never forgetting that the final decisions are yours.

Full Wedding
This service covers all the aspects of the wedding planning process including:

- The venue search. Finding the perfect venue for your wedding is one of the most important and time consuming decisions in the planning process. With the extensive insider knowledge, the venue that best suits your needs will be found, as of the budget and guest numbers. Whether you are looking for a secluded hidden gem, a magnificent hotel or the grandest estate, Seeds of Love Wedding Planner will make this happen.
- Supplier sourcing. The finest suppliers in the industry, including superb caterers, inspired photographers and the most creative florists, together with every other supplier you could wish for to create your perfect wedding day are recommended to you.
- Wedding Design. The plans and ideas you have for your wedding are what inspires to create your perfect day. These ideas are part of the creative process to produce a comprehensive design brief and mood board based on your ideas and the given suggestions. The result is a wedding that truly reflects your personalities. Whether you are looking for cool urban chic, romantic vintage or luxurious elegance, all design elements will be pulled together to deliver your perfect wedding day.
- Wedding Management. All administrative and contractual details are thoroughly checked and an audit trail implemented. Consultations with suppliers are arranged as necessary. Seed of Love Wedding Planner will be in full attendance on your wedding day, working to a fully coordinated, timed itinerary to ensure the day runs smoothly, leaving you safe in the knowledge that everything will be managed professionally.

Partial Wedding
If you have already done most of the planning yourselves, this is the service which is perfect and you would feel like you can to relax a little and enjoy the run up to your wedding by handing the final details over to a wedding planner. In a meeting prior to your wedding the plans so far will be discussed, any additional suppliers needed and any unforeseen problems will be found and solved. All solutions will be at hand. Seeds Love Wedding Planner will then act as a single point of contact to you, your guests and all suppliers. Seeds of Love Wedding Planner will also prepare a full itinerary, is present on the day to dress the venue and oversee proceedings and generally ensure that you have a wonderful time.

Day-Of Coordinator
This service is ideal if you have everything in place, but now feel ready to hand over the management of your wedding to an experienced Wedding Planner. Seeds of Love Wedding Planner offers a complementary consultation at which all your plans so far are discussed and compile a time itinerary for the day. On the day itself Seeds of Love Wedding Planner will be the single point of contact for all your suppliers and guests, ensuring everything runs smoothly and of course the venue will be dressed and all the finishing touches see to, leaving you free to relax and enjoy your day.

Seeds of Love is very proud to announce that she has an EXCLUSIVE cooperation with Rick Moorman Mannenmode in Amsterdam. This is a retailorganisation in the exclusive mens fashion segment. This unique shop is located in the high quality mall Gelderlandplein in Amsterdam-Buitenveldert.

Rick has made the total fashion concept of Humberto Tan and he is very active in different parts in the fashion industry. Rick Moorman also has his own radio programme at Radio 10 Gold!

Rick Moorman and Seeds of Love will bring a new concept on the Dutch market. Especially for the modern and fashion consious groom(smen)!

When the bride buys her dress.. THAT'S a real experience! Most of the time this is with her mother(in law), sister(s), friend(s) and other loved ones. And now Rick wants the groom and the groomsmen to experience this same feeling as well!

While enjoying a glass of champagen and hors d'oeuvres Rick will give fashion facts and most importantly fashioin advice. The groom will be in fact the centre of attention but like the American way; all groomsmen will be part of a compleet overall picture! Rick tells the guys a fascinating and informative story which started out as a combination of experience in the suit industry and observed from different angels.

The choice of fabric (out of more than 200 kinds) will be made under his official guidance. The suits will then be made accoring to the complete wish(es) and size(s) and all will be totally synchronized for the whole group! And of course it will still be in tune with the essence of the day: the couple!

In May 2011 Seeds of Love introduced a new specialism within her company; gay weddings!

Equisite Gay Weddings supports gay and lesbian couples in the organization of their wedding, the so called same sex marriage.

Exquisite Gay Weddings offers Wedding Planning, Day of Coordination (being the Master of Ceremony) and advise for brides and/or grooms who would want to get married in The Netherlands. We can also assist with a Gay Destination Wedding. We also provide help to foreign couples who would like to say their �I do�s� here in The Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe.

Seeds of Love Wedding Planner is established by Inge Bergakker, who was born in the beautiful South American country Surinam, lived in many countries with as favorite Florida and lives for over 25 years in the Netherlands.

After working for more than 20 years as a Management Assistant, Office Manager and Executive Secretary I have organized and structured many events but I missed the personal touch with people.

My creativity, organizing qualities and many other skills in this area are combined together into a passion beyond words. After a study and the graduation I have started my own company called Seeds of Love Wedding Planner.

Joseph Oubelkas, has been called the Dutch Mandela . This young man has been sentenced to jail for 4,5 years for a criime he did not commit. He was just in the wrong place at the wrong time! He has written a book about this "400 brieven van mijn moeder". I was quite honored to have met him!

Seeds of Love Wedding Planner has for every budget ideas for that stylish and elegant wedding.

The initial consultation is complimentary.

The fee for the organization of a full or partial wedding depends on what is expected of Seeds of Love. Average is 10 - 15%.

An advice consultation takes about 2,5 hours.

If required Seeds of Love can also be the Day-Of Coordinator.

All combinations are possible and costs depend on the wishes of the bride and groom. These wishes will be specified and detailled point by point and then presented in a proposal.

Cooperation with Kasteel Huize Harmelen
Seeds of Love Weddingplanner started an exclusive cooperation with Kasteel Huize Harmelen. In this castle you can have a small but exclusive wedding meeting (lunch and/or reception). Hidden behind lots of green and at the end of the Joncheerelaan is Kasteel Huize Harmelen. The beauty of this castle is imperishable. On Monday December 7th Seeds of Love Weddingplanner was in Noordwijkerhout to attend a wedding artist showcase that was organized bij Swinging.nl; THE company for corporate parties, weddings or events with amongst other things coverbands, drive in shows en theme parties. A Weddingplanner: decadent and expensive? A Weddingplanner does have that image. Hiring one is decadent, you lose grip over the total organization (the part you really want to do yourself) and the worst thing of all; you have to pay (a lot!) of money too!

According to your wishes and budget she will select the most suitable vendors, locations, and components which are necessary to complete the wedding day. She will see that the scenario is adhered to and all selections are accomplished on time.
